The art of self-expression is something that everyone should master. Random statements can be either uplifting or discouraging. Refutations can make or break relationships. Arguments cause pain, may generate unhealthy conflict, and usher in discord. Thus, the tongue has to be tamed and wisdom always has to be given its own place in circumstances that require the use of words.
So when words are better left unspoken, I have always found WRITING to be my safest, most convenient solace.
